Fee Structure 

Interior Design  Consultancy

Preparing a scheme and if required, preparing a budget.

A lump sum fee, based on the amount of work and time required which will be agreed with the client before work commences.

Interior Design and Furnishing Supply  (Procurement)

In addition to Interior Design Consultancy, Bradbury.Whyte Design can procure furniture and furnishing for the client once prices are agreed.

A lump sum fee with all trade discounts passed on to the client.

A reduced lump sum fee with all goods supplied at retail prices.

 Full Service:  Interior Design / Supply and Project Management

 A fee based on a percentage of the total project cost.  A fee of 10% is normally charged.

First Visit: £ 100.00 + VAT for unlimited time for discussion of ideas ( this is refundable from the project cost once approved )
